GDPR: what does this acronym mean?
As you may already know, the new European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) has come into force on 25 May 2018. It is a European regulation that imposes strict rules on the processing of personal data.
How are you concerned? What does that change for you?
Considering this new regulation, HCCS+ is committed to your personal data, allowing you to access it at any time, using it strictly for the purposes of HCCS+ services (no resale for commercial purposes), and constant care for data security. We strongly believe that this is an important regulation to defend the interests of all stakeholders (you and HCCS+).
What are the key points and impacts of the GDPR?
As of today, HCCS+ are compliant with this new regulations considering the current activities (Research, Search and Selection) related to the processing of your personal data, of which here are the following considerations:
- Transparency: we inform you of the data we are processing and for what need.
- Accuracy: you can ask HCCS+ to update your personal data at any time.
- Security and confidentiality: The personal data we process is secure and protected with the utmost care.
- Right to be forgotten: on demand, all your personal data can be erased at the end of recruitment process, prior the legal duration.
- No commercial use: none of your personal data is transmitted or resold to any 3rd party for commercial purposes. Only the intended use of the contract with HCCS+ will be carried out.
